We used Rutgers for regular house painting about 8 or 9 years ago. I called them back when there was about two months left on the warranty and they came out and touched up everything and it lasted many more years before I finally had to hire them again. I went with the permanent paint option and it survived one of the worst winters in memory without showing any wear. They were very professional and outside of weather delays beyond their control, they kept their word and got the job done when we asked for it.
