Rutgers was a great choice.  The crew and foreman were very professional and friendly.  They did a very thorough job from scraping and sanding to the finished paint job.  They were thorough and fast.  I couldn’t believe how quickly they got the job done.

I have used Rutgers Painting twice in the last 6 years. The first time was a total exterior painting of our house. It was done on time and with the utmost care. Six years later, due to some remodeling, we needed one side of our house re-painted. (The rest of the house is still holding up beautifully). The job was done quickly and professionally. The staff, all the way from the office to the painters themselves, are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We are very happy with another job well done and know that it was done properly.

We used Rutgers for regular house painting about 8 or 9 years ago. I called them back when there was about two months left on the warranty and they came out and touched up everything and it lasted many more years before I finally had to hire them again. I went with the permanent paint option and it survived one of the worst winters in memory without showing any wear. They were very professional and outside of weather delays beyond their control, they kept their word and got the job done when we asked for it.

Rutgers did a terrific job on our home’s exterior this summer. It was our first time using them and they will be our “go to” painter from now on. They were great. Showed up early, went right to work and worked till the sun went down. They attended to all my requests, did not leave a mess and did not damage any plants around the house. They are 5 stars!

From the very beginning we were impressed with their process.  From the pleasant staff to the professional estimate and detailed job setup.  Our project was truly massive (over 6,000 sq.ft. new custom construction) there was lots of rooms, woodwork, columns, we were extremely selective with color choices.  Alex had infinite patience in providing us with sample after sample (we really drove them crazy).  The finished product looks amazing and all our friends & family have since used Rutgers for small and big projects.  Also, the daily clean up was above our expectation.  They truly are the gold standard in their industry.  Keep up the good work Kevin!

Every aspect of the job was done well and in a professional manner. The estimator arrived on time and was direct and knowledgeable. He stayed in contact with us through the duration of the job to make sure we were satisfied. Before the job commenced, we were introduced to the foreman who would take it from there. Our foreman went above and beyond any expectations we had. His main concern was our satisfaction. The job was completed in a timely fashion, done neatly, and looks fantastic. We chose Permanent Paint, but either way, traditional or permanent, Rutgers is excellent.

Rutgers just completed an exterior job for my home in Glen Ridge.  The house looks terrific.  The crew showed up as promised and worked until sundown every day to complete the job in 3 days.  I was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround.  Esteban and crew were total professionals.  I would highly recommend Rutgers to anyone.

Rutgers did a great job for us. We need our house painted in advance of a party we were having. In addition we were having work done. Rutgers made it really easy for us and was always accommodating to our schedule. More importantly, in the middle of hurricane Irene when we lost power and we were out of town Kevin came over to make sure we would be able to be completed by the party. They took our job personally and never made excuses. The entire staff was responsive, clean and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.
